Dear readers, i really appreciate your dedication for my blog!! Lets continue...
This morning i got myself out of the bed just in time to get the bus with our delegates to see the sunrise! It was beautiful and btw this was the first day when it did not rain, yaaay! Oh and we were again in the newspaper!!! They must like us hah!
Oh i forgot to tell you our local tour guide Rob was besides his knowledge of coffs harbour he was a professional photographer! He made us feel like models!
Back to the sunrise...
We arrived to the harbour and started climb up on the Muttonbird Island, this is a national park reserve area which is famous of its birds and view. I have to admit the view was pretty impressive with the rising sun. Of course we took some photos and enjoyed the view!
Now to the best part of the trip in my opinion: Pet porpoise pool! This is a outdoor reserve with dolphines, seals, pinguines, sharks and parrots. It is awarded many times as the best tourist attraction in NSW and i dont wonder why! This attraction gives the customers a chance to interact with the animals by getting kisses and pet the seals and dolphines! I just loved it!!! My group members loved it too and i had almost drag them away from there so we could continue our trip haha!
From the Pet porpoise pool we drove down to a village called Sawtell, we had lunch again and got some spare time to do some local shopping! Oh btw we had also some lunch in Pet porpoise pool! I have never been eating this much food during 3 days! Later on we drove to a headland and got more photos. In the afternoon we went to the airport and spend some exclusive time in Qantas Lounge, cool!
This was such an Amazing trip and i got to meet some amazing tourism professionals which i still going to have contact with! Its funny how you can bond with such a diverse group of people, at the end of the tour we were like friends with a fun and experience full journey behind us!
I would like to thank everyone involved for making this such a great experience, to name a few: Tourism NSW, the great tourism team in Coffs Harbour with their great hospitality, my college Icms and of course my dear readers, hope you enjoyed my trip and this made you want to visit Coffs Harbour!
By now!

Day 2 Wednesday 6 april 2011
Im back after a long day!! and oh what a wonderful day!!
The morning started with a big buffee breakfast in the restaurant. We made it to the local newspaper!! The marketing and sales manager of Coffs Harbour newspaper did a article of us and put a pretty picture!!
When everything was packed and settled, we started to drive up to the Dorrigo Rainforest! Halfway the mist was so strong, we could not almost see the road, that was a little bit scary!
It was raining when we arrived but we got ponchos and that did not stop us to enjoy the rain forest, it was so green and fresh! We had a 1 hour walk and after finished the walk we had lunch again the restaurant in the rainforest conserve centre. We saw some small lizards and heard some beautiful bird song!
In the afternoon we arrived to a canoeing place where we got to try canoeing! It was my first time so i was reaallly excited!!! It was so much fun, we had a race also along the river, i came second haha! :D my arms were so sore afterwards, i never thought it would hurt this much!
Everyone enjoyed the experience and said this would be something they will start marketing for their customers.
After finishing the canoeing we drove down to Bonville Golf resort. It is apparently one of Australians best golf resorts! People were playing in poring rain, so dedicated! We did just a fast inspection of the resort and continued our drive back to Coffs Harbour. This second night we were going to stay in the Opal Cove resort! It was biggg! during dinner we decided to wake up early tomorrow and go and watch the sunrise! 5 am, are you kidding me!? This means i need to crawl under the blanket and get some sleep...!

Day 1 Tuesday 5 April 2011
Dear readers, welcome to my blog page! This blog is going to describe my awsome fun and experience in Coffs Harbour! enjoy, it start now...
Today i woke up to my alarm clock at 4.45 am to start my journey to Coffs Harbour! This trip would be a famil trip with ATE delegates from overseas to get more information about destinations within Australia. I arrived finally at 6am to my first hotel in the city where i was suppose to meet my first delegate. Finally he recognised me and we started to drive to the airport while doing some more hotel pick-ups along the way. My group members were from different countries such as Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and Indonesia. We arrived after a 1 hour flight to Coffs Harbour and were greeted by Rob and Brian ( local tourism professionals).
We drove first to the harbour and had some "light" lunch. By light i mean fish and chips and a BIG plate of many local cakes! It was very yammy but gosh, so much to eat!
After lunch we went to visit the big banana and saw the show of the bananas and got a guided tour within the banana trees! Of course we ate again a lot of bananas!
After our stomach full of bananas we did a inspection in the Aanuka Beach Resort and guess what!?! There were a big table with lot of seafood dishes waiting for us in case we would be "hungry". We saw some of the seaside rooms and suites and did finally a walk along the beach to walk off our lunch.
After this long and experience full day we drove down to the Novotel Pacific bay resort. The resorts marketing manager had a surprise waiting for us when we arrived: we were going to try the Segway balancing machine. This was a machine which moved forward, backwards and sideways according to your weight. It took me a while to figure out how it is working but finally everyone got it and we drive around the resort for almost one hour!! This machine would be perfect to drive up the hill to ICMS instead of walking! It is environment friendly and easy to use, perfect! (wonder where i could get one??)
Dont worry, this was just my first day of the 3 days im going to spend here in Coffs, i will have some more stories!
